I am an award-winning audio producer and journalist. I make podcasts and audio content for a range of broadcasters and clients including Google, ABC, Channel Ten, Monocle, Bauer Media, Newscorp, The Wheeler Centre, the Australian Centre for Public History, 2SER and the Digital Writer’s Festival.

I’ve worked as a journalist in Australia and Hong Kong, reporting for the South China Morning Post, Storyful news agency, and First Draft News. My freelance writing has appeared in publications including The Telegraph (UK), DestinAsian Magazine, and the China Media Project.
My work in communications includes as a consultant for Fifty Acres – the Communications Agency, and as Communications Manager for Angel House, a rehabilitation centre for children with cerebral palsy in Nanning, China.
I have a Masters in Journalism from Hong Kong University and and undergraduate Arts degree (Linguistics and Chinese) from the University of Sydney. I speak English, Chinese and French. I have a strong interest in China. I lived, worked and studied in China and Hong Kong for six years. In my spare time I make kimchi.
